Sydney

Possibly one of the best trips I have been on - great location, great hosts and an awesome team to work with. We had a free weekend and stayed at The SEBEL PIER ONE hotel. It was a good hotel but the location was awesome - right down in Sydney Harbor. Their flier includes a Heritage Gallery which is pretty interesting. Here's a random article on the hotel

The first day we arrived it was a holiday (Queen's Birthday) which was a total surprise to us. With nothing else to do, we took a train to Sydney and happened across the Lord Nelson Brewery. Their slogan is "Perfect Now" and finding that pub that day really was perfect. It was cold and rainy outside (June's winder Down Under) but the pub was inviting and the beer homemade.
