Taiwan

If you ever get the chance to stay in a Grand Formosa Regent, do it!

I was also able to visit the 2-28 Memorial Museum. On 28 February 1947, Taiwan suffered a significant, blood-stained incident. Estimates of the number of deaths vary from ten thousand to thirty thousand or more. You can read the story at the website or at Wikipedia.

National Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. The most impressive thing here was the main hall and archway entrance.

I visited the 101 again - this time they gave a bookmark which had some good artwork on it.
