Tribute to clementines

How great are clementines (in season)? When I was young I hated it when oranges were so hard to peel. And then along came the clementine! In season these are absolutely incredible. Easy to peel, fantastic taste and no seeds (if I remember correctly). God has created some incredible stuff and clementines are in the top group! I recently peeled this one and as you can see, it's super easy. One piece, only damage was when I broke the skin. (the fruit is gone).
