I had a chance to visit this city and saw some cool stuff. Taipei 101 (below) was at one point the tallest building in the world. It's interesting so see how it dwarfs the buildings around it.

The National Palace Museum had a great collection - from paintings to jade to ceramics. You can visit the website and here are some samples:
