My deputy became friends with a French member of our Coalition and for his going away, he wanted to make authentic crepes. He made two types... the traditional (or I should say expected) sweet crepes and crepes stuffed with eggs and bacon (shown below). Both were fantastic, but the egg/bacon crepes were extra fantastic! Delicious meal in a crepe.
