This painting was inspired by the annual appearance of these giants in a field south of my hometown.
Although there is nothing to gauge size, these are large square bales, stacking about 20 feet - a rare sight on the open plains. I sold this to the mother of a friend. I'm like giving my work to good homes. I like this painting and I'm glad she has it.
