Originally, this was an abstract but it wasn't meeting my intents/desires/satisfaction so I let it sit for a bit. I'd painted a figure dragging a scythe and carrying a mace on the back of Equal Labor. I liked the idea and revisited it on the lost abstract. This was also good practice painting the human figure. I was going to rework the clouds after adding the lighter blue, but I am happy I left it and didn't overpaint. The figure drags his scythe after a visit to the city and with blood dripping from the mace, they were both likely used. I titled it Timeline since most humans have a timeline that ends in death.
The gif shows about 42 days. There was a significant gap of sitting.
