We had a collation* at our SILF course and each country brings a native food. Luckily hamburgers and hotdogs hadn't been used. They are about my skill level, too. When I was forming the patties, I figured there was a much better way to make them round. So, thanks to the Internet, I used a lid. Simple as that...a lid. And if you have plastic wrap, not only does the lid remain clean but you also have individually wrapped patties which are easy to separate.
